Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

I first heard about KR Musical Products in Vintage Guitar magazine. VG reviewed KR Musical's pedals in an article titled "Jimi Would Love 'Em" in their Oct. 2003 issue. Based on VG's rave review, I bought KR's Megavibe pedal. I ordered the Megavibe from KR Musical Products at: www.freewebs.com/kreffectspedals

I was blown away by the smooth, liquid-like tone quality of the pedal. I have tried other vibe clones and they all sounded harsh compared to the original Univox Uni-vibe. The Megavibe captures that elusive underwater liquid-like tone which was found in the original Univibe.

The Megavibe doesn't come with a foot pedal for speed control.

The Megavibe has a metal housing & metal footswitch for true bypass. It is a well-built unit and is powered by a 12vdc adapter, which is included.
